Description:
The computerized protective film peeling force tester is a test instrument designed and developed by our company for the adhesive tape and adhesive industry, and is used for testing the peeling strength of various adhesive products in different ways. By purchasing different fixtures, you can perform peeling tests in the 180°, 90°, T-shaped and floating roller method (suitable for high-strength adhesives) and adhesive tensile shear strength, tear strength and other tests.
Meet the standards: ASTM D903, GB/T2790/2791/2792, CNS11888, JIS-K6854, PSTC7.
Product features:
1. The machine structure adopts high-precision, low-resistance, gap-free double ball screws and guide columns made of high-grade paint-treated aluminum extruded plate, which improves the load efficiency and structural rigidity;
2. The control system adopts Panasonic's fully digital AC server to control the high-response frequency AC servo motor, ensuring that the transmission system is efficient, stable, low-noise, and the speed accuracy can be controlled within ±0.2%;
3. The microcomputer system uses a commercial computer as the main control machine, and with the company's fully open test software, it can complete all test parameter settings, working status control, data collection and analysis, result display and print output.

 2. What about the delivery term?
 For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days;
 If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment is received;
 If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.
 3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
