Description:
It adopts the internationally popular method of heat flow meter to detect thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, with computer to realize fully automatic detection and generation of experimental report. The instrument adopts to add stable hot surface temperature on one side of the specimen, the heat is transferred to the cold surface through the specimen, and the transferred heat flow is measured to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. Adopting imported sensors and computer technology, it is characterized by good measurement accuracy, high reliability and good repeatability. Especially suitable for low thermal conductivity measurement (accurate to 0.1mw). It can be used for testing plastics, rubber, thermal insulation materials, aerogel panels, vacuum glass, etc. It is widely used in universities and colleges, scientific research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines.
Reference standard:
GB/T10295-2008 (Determination of steady state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials by heat flow meter method) and ASTME1530,ASTMC518-04 Test methods for determination of steady state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics by heat flow meter method.
Main technical parameters:
1.Thermal conductivity range and accuracy: 0.0001 ~ 1W/mk, can be measured can be accurate to 0.1mw/mk. 0.001~300W/mk.
2,Measurement accuracy: 1% .
3. Specimen size: 50 × 50 ~ 300 × 300 (mm) (standard configuration), the thickness of not more than 50mm. 600 × 600, 800 × 600 (mm) and other special sizes can be customized.
4. It can test solid material and powder material.
5. Measuring time 15-20min.
6. Hot surface temperature and control: room temperature-99.9ºC (standard configuration)~room temperature-499.9ºC, higher temperature can be determined according to user requirements. Flat plate heater, bidirectional silicon controlled, temperature control precision 0.1 ºC.
7. Cold surface temperature and control: 0-99.9 ºC (standard configuration), -10-99.9 ºC, according to user requirements to determine the lower temperature. The cold surface is water-cooled to ensure the stability of the temperature of the cold surface (precision thermostatic water tank, temperature adjustable), temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ºC.
8. The specimen adopts computerized precise pressurized clamping, pressure range 0-1000N, resolution 0.1N.
9. The thickness of specimen is measured automatically, 0-50mm, resolution 0.1um.
10. The imported original heat flow meter, stable and reliable performance.
11. The whole process adopts computerized automatic testing and printing and storage of experimental data.
